What a listing actually costs

Your monthly rentOne-time listing fee
$30 / month$5
$100 / month$10
$200 / month$20
$450 / month$45
$1,200 / month$120

Changing your price later

If you lower the rent, it is free and takes effect immediately. If you raise it, you owe 10% of the increase — not of the new total — with the same $5 minimum. Going from $200 to $250 costs $5.

Why there is a minimum

Card processing takes roughly 2.9% plus 30¢ of every charge. On a $30/month parking spot, a bare 10% fee would be $3.00, of which the processor takes 39¢. The $5 floor is what keeps small listings from costing us money to support.

Why there is no maximum

A $2,000/month covered slip with a lift owes $200. That is intentional: a premium listing is worth proportionally more to the person listing it, so the fee scales with it.
